We’re bummed that the UBC Farmer’s Market got rained on last Saturday, but very happy to join them this weekend for one of the last Farmer’s Markets of the 2015 season.

The Point Grey Village BIA and West Point Grey Community Centre have teamed up for one very awesome event in Trimble Park!
Come down to the field on Friday, September 11, from 6:30-10pm. “Big Hero 6” will be shown and a raffle hosted with fabulous prizes from businesses in and around Point Grey.
Come celebrate the Annual Fall Fair and the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Accessibility Pathway at West Point Grey Community Centre! There will be performances galore, fun games and demos, face painting, and a BBQ from 12-2:30pm.
And of course, David will be happy to chat with all you wonderful folks! See you there!
The Old Barn Community Centre is having its annual Barn Raising from 1-4pm, this year with a carnival theme: magicians, stilt walkers, balloon artists—you name it! Not to mention the live music, pie eating contest, and delicious food…

All You Can Discuss (& Eat)! is a food-themed community event brought to you by the Westside Food Collaborative and hosted by Kits House. Free food, fun presentations, and discussions about food and the community from 4-6pm.

Another awesome year of UBC FarmAde! Visit our mobile office at the open-air festival from 3-6pm at UBC Farm. Live music, vegan-friendly BBQ, farm-fresh corn and locally brewed beer will keep the festivities going until 8pm.

The Wesbrook Village Festival is back for its 5th year! Join David and the Wesbrook Villagers as we take a sneak peek at the Wesbrook Community Centre, and enjoy free BBQ, live music, a rock climbing wall, and lots of fun for the whole family!
