Updated February 2017: As the father of an energetic three year old, I know that affordable, safe child care is a priority for families in our community. My colleague Katrina Chen, the Parliamentary Secretary for Child Care, the first in BC’s history, is busy working with experts in the field to begin the hard work of implementing this significant new program. You can find details in the 2018 Budget.
