Our government is launching the Active School Travel Pilot Program at 11 schools across the province in an effort to increase the number of students using active transportation to get to school. This will allow more kids to get outside, improving both their mental and physical health, while helping them stay connected to their community. This program helps support the goals set out by the governments CleanBC plan as well as Move. Commute. Connect. – B.C.’s strategy for cleaner more active transportation.
